- For the sauce:
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
White vinegar: 1 teaspoon
Salt: As desired
Black Pepper: As desired
- Green apple: 1 grain (sliced)
- Watercress: cup (coarsely chopped)
- White cheese: piece (coarsely chopped)
- Walnut: 50 g (for garnish)
How to prepare
In a serving dish put the watercress leaves and then put the apple slices on top.
