Vanilla squishy cake


  • Flour: 2 cups (sieve)
  • Baking Powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Baking Soda: A quarter teaspoon
  • Vinegar: 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs: 4 grains
  • Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil: 1/2 cup
  • Sugar: Cup
  • Lemon Humans: Half a teaspoon
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
    How to prepare
    Beat the eggs with the electric bat with vanilla, vinegar and lemon for 3 minutes until light.
    Add oil and sugar and beat until the mixture is homogeneous and creamy.
    Mix flour with salt, baking powder and baking soda.
    Add the flour mixture to the egg, oil and sugar mixture alternating with the milk and continuing mixing.
    Grease the cake mold with butter and a flour workshop and spread the cake mixture into the mold.
    Place the preheated oven in 180°C for 45-50 minutes or until the cake is cooked.
    Remove the cake from the oven and leave to cool and then fry to a serving dish.
    Before serving, garnish with a sprinkle of powdered sugar, cut the cake and serve.
